A virtual workshop on the operationalisation of the Project Preparation, Development and Management Unit (PPDMU) – which will be responsible for administration of Grenada’s Green Climate Fund projects – was held on July 20th, 2021 and hosted by the Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre.

During the workshop, consultants presented on and received feedback from attendees with respect to the Draft Operations Manual and Communications Strategy for the PPDMU. The aforementioned documents were not circulated following the workshop.
